Refund policy

2SLIMEY SHOP wants every customer to receive the correct items in good condition. Please review our return and refund policy before ordering.

Orders may be eligible for review within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request help with an order, customers must contact us with their order number, email used at checkout, and photos of the issue if applicable.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received. Apparel that has been worn, washed, damaged after delivery, or altered is not eligible for return.

Physical CDs are final sale once shipped unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent. CD fulfillment timelines may be longer than standard merchandise timelines and are described in our Shipping Policy and product descriptions.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds are only issued after the return or issue is reviewed and approved. If approved, the refund will be sent back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Orders cannot be canceled once fulfillment has started. If an order has not yet shipped, customers may contact us and we will review the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

Product-Specific Note For CDs

Physical CDs are extended fulfillment items. Remaining More Anxiety Physical CD orders are expected to ship between July 24 and August 24, 2026. CD orders are final sale once shipped unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
